Free online HR Advice

The Cranfield Trust is a nationally respected charity providing free management consultancy for charities and social enterprise groups involved in issues of poverty, disability or social exclusion.

HRNet is a free online HR advice and information service from the Cranfield Trust for registered charities. Member organisations are able to post their HR queries onto a dedicated website and receive bespoke answers taking account of their own individual circumstances. These questions and answers are visible to everyone, enabling you to pick up useful information. Sensitive questions can be dealt with offline if necessary.

Other benefits of the service include a weekly newsletter which gives details of developments in employment law and practice, as well as access to a searchable repository of HR information. More information is available on the Cranfield Trust site under "Services".

If you are not a registered charity, remember you can bring your questions to Poole CVS.
